Priscilla founded Harambee Preparatory School in Pasadena, California where she served as its first headmaster. Through her travel and researched of private school around the country, she developed an inner-city Christian school that has become a model for other Christian community development (C.C.D.) organizations. Priscilla has a graduate degree in Social Foundations of Education and is a Certified Paralegal. Spending her entire life in C.C.D. ministry, including the end of the Civil Rights Movement as the 7th child of John & Vera Mae Perkins, Priscilla has moving stories and remarkable life lessons to share.
